Our seasonal menu is always changing, but our signature desserts will always stay the same. These elevated pastries were created in-house by our Robinson Room Chefs.

Chocolate Orange - A fruity surprise! What may look like your average orange is actually a soft ball of Earl-grey infused chocolate mousse wrapped in a blood orange glaze. Pairs well with Smoked Old Fashioned.
PB&J - An elevated version of your favorite childhood treat! A French parfait, which is a frozen cream dessert, is topped with a banana passion fruit sorbet and a raspberry tuile. Pairs well with Pistachio Mustachio.
Apple Tart Tatin - This is not your mama’s apple pie. We bake fresh apple slices into a puff pastry dough for the perfect balance of sweet and savory. Taking the flavors even farther is a scoop of house-made smoked ice cream. This dish, served in a mini cast iron skillet, is intended to serve two, but is almost too good to share! Pairs well with Duck, Duck, Drink.
Bourbon Banana Pudding - Creamy white chocolate mousse topped with delicious bourbon caramel and fresh house-made vanilla wafers. Pairs well with Pistachio Mustachio.
Shamrock Trifle - Guinness chocolate cake, with layers of mint whipped cream, dark chocolate malt pearls and a shamrock sugar cookie.
Irish Coffee Cake - a portion of coffee cake soaked in a Jameson and cold brew butter sauce then rolled in cinnamon sugar. Served with pistachio ice cream.
Strawberry Cheesecake - strawberry glazed cheesecake topped with a dark chocolate covered strawberry, with luscious strawberries and white chocolate shavings.
White Chocolate Raspberry Trifle - layers of creamy pink white chocolate mousse, airy angel food cake, topped with fresh, juicy raspberries.
Coffee Rum Cake - a rich and moist rum cake, topped with luscious caramel, served with a scoop of butter pecan ice cream and pralines.
Chocolate Torte - this decadent chocolate espresso cake is surprisingly flourless! It’s topped with a rich, silky-smooth dark chocolate ganache and sliced strawberries, served with mocha whipped cream nestled lovingly on the side.
Salted Caramel & Chocolate Tart - elegantly simple in appearance, it is anything but. Made with layers of sweet pastry crust, smooth salted caramel and chocolate cream. It’s dusted with cocoa powder, served with creamy vanilla ice cream, and topped with caramelized smoked pecans.
Strawberry Rhubarb: A Rory Macdonald original - this fruity, creamy strawberry and rhubarb ice cream is sandwiched between pleasantly crisp lemon shortbread cookies.
Banana Split - two caramelized banana with 3 scoops of smoked vanilla ice cream; drizzled with bourbon caramel, bourbon pineapple sauce, Baileys chocolate syrup and topped with whipped cream and a boozy cherry.
Peach Pie: Created by Mary Sellers - this southern classic comes with a twist! Fresh, local, juicy peaches are highlighted with hints of bourbon. This filling is topped with buttery, flaky pastry lattice, and served with a scoop of creamy pearl barley gelato.
Rocky Road - house-made creamy ‘rocky road’ created with Baileys nestled between 2 pillowy and chocolaty crinkle cookies.
Bread Pudding - yeasty, but sweet; this browned butter sage bread pudding is infused with rich white chocolate chips and sugary candied orange. Bright, honey-infused orange marmalade glaze, vanilla ice cream and candied walnuts top this decadent dessert.
